ARYBEL PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS CONTRACTThis Business Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into as of this , (the "Effective Date") between Arybel Photography, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and , hereinafter referred to as the "Client."1. Objective and Scope of Work1.1 The Client hereby engages the Photographer for the provision of professional photography services, which may include, but is not limited to, portraiture, baby photography, and any other services agreed upon by both parties (the "Services").1.2 The Client acknowledges that the Photographer's role is to capture high-quality photographs using their professional expertise and artistic judgment. The Photographer will determine the style, composition, and editing of the photographs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.2. Payment and Delivery2.1 The Client agrees to make a non-refundable session fee of $150 to secure the Photographer's services for the specified date(s) and time(s) of the shoot.2.2 The package balance shall be paid by the Client to the Photographer no later than one day before session, prior to the delivery of the final photographs or services rendered.2.3 The Photographer agrees to deliver the final edited photographs within four weeks following the completion of the shoot or event.3. Copyright and Usage3.1 The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all photographs taken during the shoot, including but not limited to the reproduction rights, digital usage rights, and display rights.3.2 The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal or promotional purposes. The Client may not sell, license, or alter the photographs without the express written permission of the Photographer.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling4.1 In the event of cancellation by the Client, the non-refundable session fee paid will be retained by the Photographer as compensation for lost opportunities.4.2 In the event of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions or unexpected circumstances, both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to reschedule the shoot or event.
